CARTER WARM COMMITS TO MOUNT ST. MARY’S

Congratulations to Starz ’19 attacker, Carter Warm, on his recent commitment to NCAA D1 Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. The Mount men’s lacrosse program competes in the NEC conference. This year the regular season conference champions suffered a heartbreaking OT loss to Robert Morris in the post-season NEC championship game.

“I am excited to be playing D1 lacrosse for The Mount! I want to thank Seattle Starz and Lewis Ratcliff for the many opportunities to push myself to get better, and also Tahoma Lacrosse and Jon Lefferts,” said Carter.  “A big thank you to my parents and all the other coaches who have helped me along the way.”

“It was pretty clear from an early age that Carter had the ability to play lacrosse at the D1 level,” remarked Lewis Ratcliff.  “He gives you that ‘Quarterback’ for the attack that every team needs, with the ability to create his own shot and draw the double and find the open teammate. Carter is very coachable, willing to listen, adapt and play in any situation. I am confident he will be a standout at the next level and compete for time from day one. Good luck Carter!”
