Seattle Starz is holding a design contest for our 2018 Fall Shooter Shirt!

The winner will be awarded $200 worth of Adrenaline gear AND potentially have their design selected to be the 2018 Fall Shooter Shirt.

Use the  TShirt Form to design a shooter shirt and submit a .pdf copy via email to ruth@seattlestarzlax.com by May 6, 2018. The Seattle Starz staff will select the finalists amongst the submissions received. Finalist designs will be posted on our @seattlestarzlax instagram account to be voted upon by our followers.

 

Official Rules

GUIDELINES: Shooter Shirt designs must use STARZ team colors ( navy blue, green, black, white and gray). Contestants may submit multiple designs before the deadline. Contestants must use the design template (TShirt Form ) provided for this contest.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest runs from April 20, 2018 at 12:01 pm PST and ends May 11, 2018 at 11:59 pm PST (“Contest Period”).  The contest will have two (2) phases including the submission phase and the voting phase. The submission phase will run through May 6, 2018. The voting phase will begin on May 7, 2018 on the Seattle Starz instagram account and run through May 11, 2018. Winners will be notified and the winner will be announced on or before May 18, 2018.

HOW TO ENTER: Contestants must submit their design via email to ruth@seattlestarzlax.com in .pdf format and must include the entrants email address and current Starz team. Incomplete forms will NOT be considered. By entering, contestants warrant that each submission is their own original creation and that no entry infringes on another contestant or person’s rights.

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open only to Seattle Starz players currently on a roster for the 2018 Summer season.

PRIZE: One (1) Winner will be selected and awarded $200.00 worth of Adrenaline Apparel. No prize substitution is permitted. The use of the winning design is at the sole discretion of Seattle Starz.

OWNERSHIP: Seattle Starz has EXCLUSIVE rights to reproduce and use. Entries become the property of Seattle Starz and none will be returned or acknowledged. Submission of an entry grants Seattle Starz an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license and right to publish, use, edit, adapt, modify and/or publicly perform the entry in any way, in commerce and in any and all media worldwide now known or hereinafter developed, without limitation and without notice or consideration of the contestant. By submitting an entry, each contestant in the Contest further agrees that his/her entry constitutes an assignment of all rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and title in and to such entry and the photograph therein to Seattle Starz. Seattle Starz may require contestants to execute documents to confirm this transfer of rights. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. Upon submission you agree to forfeit any ownership and are prohibited from the independent reproduction or sale of any images.  By virtue of a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license for the designs granted by all finalists chosen prior to the voting process, Seattle Starz shall have the right to edit, adapt, print (as on apparel) and publish any or all of the designs deemed finalist, and may use them in any media and/or the promotion of Seattle Starz without compensation to the contestant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. Seattle Starz maintains the rights to receive all proceeds from the sale of any merchandise using the submitted artwork, without fee or other form of compensation due at any time to the contestant. By participating in the Contest, contestants warrant and represent that none of the material submitted or posted infringes upon or otherwise violates the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual or proprietary rights of any person or entity and that they have fully complied with the Official Rules.
