WHO WE ARE
Seattle Starz is Washington’s leader in lacrosse training and development. We measure our success by the success of our players both on and off the lacrosse field. Our players compete nationally, and our teams have won numerous championships across the country including in traditional lacrosse ‘hotbeds’ such as Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. We have built a national reputation for developing student-athletes that are widely recruited to play at many of the nation’s most respected universities, colleges, and academies. Since 2015, we have helped develop and train over 160 NCAA collegiate players, including 64 exceptional student-athletes playing at the Division 1 level, 8 at US Military Academies, and 5 at Ivy League universities. It is our goal and commitment to you that playing on Seattle Starz will be one of the best experiences you will have in your sports career.

It is our mission at Seattle Starz that through the sport of lacrosse, we foster and develop in our players the life skills of commitment, collaboration and character that are necessary for student-athletes to reach their highest level of personal growth and success.
We take great responsibility and pride, in helping every player reach their full potential by creating a winning culture that drives shared values and expectations. By setting and upholding high expectations, our student-athletes develop productive lifestyles and habits that will drive their success not only on the lacrosse field, but in all aspects of their lives.

Our values are the guiding principles and fundamental beliefs that help us function together as a team and work towards our common goals. They are represented in our A.C.T.I.O.N. acronym of qualities that we strive to teach and require our players to model.

Our culture is a set of expectations that every player, coach, and parent commit to uphold. It guides how we conduct ourselves and treat each other.
