FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS ARE THE BACKBONE OF WOMEN’S LACROSSE

Seattle Starz Girls’ Program Director, Lyndsey Gillis, will be running sessions this Fall geared towards improving fundamental skills through high intensity stick work and footwork while utilizing the wall. Come and work hard to develop the most essential component of your game!
